OWL Laboratories provides at home blood testing services. We offer various blood test kits that are processed by accredited UK laboratories. Our services include:

  • Online ordering of blood test kits
  • Home sample collection using provided kits
  • Laboratory analysis of samples
  • Online delivery of test results
  • Health insights and result interpretation

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

4. Account Registration

To use our services, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information as necessary
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

5. Orders and Payment

Ordering

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase our services. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion. Orders are subject to product availability.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

Payment

Payment is required at the time of order. We accept major credit and debit cards processed securely through Stripe. Payment information is encrypted and processed securely.

6. Test Kit Delivery

Test kits are dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation. Delivery is free within the UK. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Sample Collection and Return

You are responsible for:

  • Following the instructions provided with your test kit
  • Collecting your sample correctly and safely
  • Returning your sample using the prepaid envelope provided
  • Ensuring samples are returned within the specified timeframe

If you are unable to collect a sufficient sample, please contact our support team. We may provide a replacement kit at our discretion.

8. Test Results

Results are typically available within 5-7 working days after your sample is received by the laboratory. Results are delivered securely through your online account dashboard.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order before dispatch for a full refund. Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Cancellation After Dispatch

Once your test kit has been dispatched, you may return it unopened within 14 days for a refund, minus any shipping costs.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving returned items or cancellation confirmation.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of OWL Laboratories or its licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.

11. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt our services
  • Use automated systems to access our website
  • Reproduce, duplicate, or copy any part of our services

12. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OWL Laboratories, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or website notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
